Highly self-motivated, independent, and able to manage your workflow autonomously. Strong analytical thinking and excellent written communication skills for research reporting. Strong interpersonal skills to engage with founders, community members, and industry peers. Exposure to crypto or token investment evaluation. Quantitative background or experience in financial modeling. Knowledge of programming languages (C++, Solidity) or fluency in additional languages (e.g., Mandarin, Korean) is a plus.
We are looking for an Investment Analyst to support the sourcing and evaluation of early-stage blockchain and token initiatives. This role operates at the crossroads of venture investing, hedge fund strategies, and emerging blockchain technologies .
About the Role
In this position, you will independently identify promising projects and protocols, engage with founding teams, and develop insights into the rapidly evolving crypto landscape. You will create research reports using proprietary frameworks, present findings to investment decision-makers, and gain hands-on experience by interacting directly with new blockchain products and protocols.
Key Responsibilities
- Deal Sourcing : Actively discover new investment opportunities by connecting with project teams and key contributors.
- Research & Analysis : Conduct comprehensive market research, competitor benchmarking, and technical / financial diligence. Produce in-depth reports on individual projects and broader thematic trends.
- Portfolio Support : Track performance of active investments, provide recommendations for adjustments, and collaborate with the team on portfolio management.
- Community Engagement : Represent the firm in the blockchain ecosystem by attending events, advising projects, and participating in on-chain activities such as staking, liquidity provision, and governance.
