Job Position Location- Plymouth Minneapolis

Job Description :

1. NPD HVAC Experience

2. ECS / MCS Build Experience including cross function team handling.

3. Psychometric test HVAC Testing experience as per AHRI standard conditions for Chiller / Rooftop units

4. Motor efficiency / Programing and qualification Testing

5. Vibration / Sound Testing

6. Work closely with Designers to Design the architecture of new products.

7. Coordinate with manufacturing and supply chain personnel to ensure manufacturability of product.

8. Provide Engineering support for Concept and Prototype unit builds.

9. Making technical and product decisions throughout the development process

A results-oriented Mechanical HVAC Engineer with strong expertise in New Product Development (NPD) focusing on design testing and commercialization of energy-efficient HVAC systems. Skilled in cross-functional collaboration with R&D manufacturing quality and supply chain teams to bring innovative HVAC solutions from concept to market. Adept at using performance simulation and product validation aligned with ASHRAE and AHRI standards.
