  • Required Education :

    • Bachelor's degree
    • Required Experience, Knowledge & Skills :

    • Strong technical background with knowledge of technical concepts and terminology (i.e. Artificial Intelligence, AWS, Azure, BPM, Mainframe)
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
    • 3+ years of experience with Jira, Confluence, SharePoint, Power Automate, Power BI, (Optional - Shibumi)
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including tactical experience with storytelling, pitching ideas, and crafting strategic email communications or announcements for large technology audiences in a clear and concise manner
    • Project management experience, with the ability to coordinate multiple tasks and meet deadlines
    • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and strong editing skills to ensure the quality of communication materials
    • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and build relationships with stakeholders
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
    • Familiarity with brand guidelines and the ability to align communication materials with organizational branding
    • Ability to work independently while maintaining strong collaboration within cross-functional teams
    • Capable of managing multiple priorities simultaneously
    • Experience supporting executive-level reporting and program communications
    • Familiarity with operational reporting tools and basic data analysis skills
    • Prior contract or consulting experience supporting technology operations or strategy teams
    • Responsibilities :

    • Assist in executing communication plans by preparing and distributing email announcements, newsletters, and other communication materials to the Technology organization
    • Create and draft strategic communications tailored for varying audiences, ensuring messaging is clear, concise, and aligned with organizational goals and branding
    • Possess a solid understanding of technical concepts and terminology to effectively communicate complex information to diverse audiences (i.e. Artificial Intelligence, AWS, Azure, BPM, Mainframe)
    • Collaborate with subject matter experts to obtain accurate and relevant information and translate it into easily understandable language for various stakeholders
    • Review and edit communication materials to ensure accuracy, clarity, and consistency. Pay attention to detail, check for errors, and add finishing touches to enhance overall quality
    • Support coordination and logistics for communication events such as Townhalls and leadership meetings
    • Help build and establish workflows and frameworks
    • Maintain communication calendars, repositories, and tools to ensure timely and consistent delivery of messaging
    • Help monitor communication effectiveness by collecting feedback and supporting follow-up actions
    • Foster positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure effective communication flows. Act as a liaison between different teams, departments, and external partners to facilitate collaboration and smooth communication processes
    • Provide day-to-day operational support to ensure smooth execution of internal processes and initiatives
    • Support implementation of process improvements and automation efforts to reduce manual work and improve efficiency
    • Coordinate and schedule recurring meetings, manage agendas, and follow up on action items to maintain operational rhythm
    • Facilitate collaboration across teams to support goal alignment and program execution
    • Executive-Level Reporting & Program Coordination
    • Support the collection, consolidation, and formatting of content for executive reports, scorecards, and presentations
    • Coordinate with enablement leads to develop visually appealing and informative PowerPoint decks. This involves gathering content, organizing data, creating impactful visuals, and ensuring consistent branding and style throughout the presentations
    • Monitor project timelines, identify risks or blockers, and escalate issues promptly to the Operations Program Manager to keep deliverables on track
    • Support the collection, consolidation, and formatting of content for executive reports, scorecards, and presentations
    • Coordinate with enablement leads to develop visually appealing and informative PowerPoint decks. This involves gathering content, organizing data, creating impactful visuals, and ensuring consistent branding and style throughout the presentations
    • Monitor project timelines, identify risks or blockers, and escalate issues promptly to the Operations Program Manager to keep deliverables on track
    • Additional Details :

    • The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and coordinating various strategic communication tasks, including the creation and enhancement of PowerPoint presentations, project coordination, and ensuring effective communication across the organization
    • The role requires a strong understanding of technical concepts and the ability to translate complex information into clear and concise messaging
