A company is looking for a Customer Experience Lab Technician, Anteriors.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with doctors to review and refine case designs for optimal patient outcomes
Provide live clinical support through phone, chat, and video to troubleshoot issues and clarify workflows
Facilitate communication between doctors and lab teams, translating clinical feedback into production outcomes
Required Qualifications
5+ years in a Dental Technician role
3+ years of experience in dental CAD / CAM design, specifically with complex Anterior Crown and Bridge cases
Deep understanding of digital dental workflows for anterior C&B
Technologically adept and able to learn dental design platforms quickly
Previous experience in a customer-facing lab role is preferred
