About the Team

Marketing is the engine of growth at Capital One. The effectiveness of our owned marketing channels, paid marketing, and owned servicing channels depends on data to deliver on rising customer expectations for seamless and delightful interactions with companies. The Enterprise Marketing and Messaging Data team is focused on building a Marketing & Messaging Data Platform (MDP) that enables Capital One to deliver the right message, at the right time, at scale. This has been deemed a strategic priority by the CEO of Capital One, and our team is at the heart of delivering on this priority.

Capital One Product Framework

On this team you will :

• Build relationships with lines of businesses to understand marketing / messaging data needs and define / influence how our platform can help solve for those needs
• Help solution complex data problems and manage data onboarding and standardization onto MDP for business intents
• Define processes and frameworks for the destination state of the Marketing Data Platform
• Drive intakes and prioritization for MDP
• Contribute to managing governance and risk for MDP
• Drive adoption of new MDP across Capital One lines of businesses

The minimum and maximum full-time annual salaries for this role are listed below, by location. Please note that this salary information is solely for candidates hired to perform work within one of these locations, and refers to the amount Capital One is willing to pay at the time of this posting. Salaries for part-time roles will be prorated based upon the agreed upon number of hours to be regularly worked.

McLean, VA : $158,400 - $180,800 for Manager, Product Management

New York, NY : $172,800 - $197,200 for Manager, Product Management

Richmond, VA : $144,000 - $164,400 for Manager, Product Management

Candidates hired to work in other locations will be subject to the pay range associated with that location, and the actual annualized salary amount offered to any candidate at the time of hire will be reflected solely in the candidate's offer letter. This role is also eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and / or long term incentives (LTI). Incentives could be discretionary or non discretionary depending on the plan.
