Description : CNC Router Operator

We’re looking for a skilled CNC Router Operator to set up and run CNC machines to produce quality parts safely and efficiently.

What you’ll do :

  • Set up and operate CNC routers to cut parts per blueprints, setup sheets, and specifications.
  • Verify part quality using calipers, tape measures, gauges, and other measuring tools.
  • Monitor machine operations, detect malfunctions, and adjust as needed.
  • Use hand tools and shop equipment (grinders, band saws, pallet jacks, air hoses, etc.).
  • Accurately complete production, quality, and computer data entry logs.
  • Communicate shift handoffs, issues, and priorities clearly and professionally.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area; follow all company policies and safety procedures.
  • Support continuous improvement and work collaboratively with team members.
  • Obtain and maintain forklift certification (training provided).
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.

Requirements :

  • Ability to read, write, understand and communicate effectively in English
  • Basic knowledge of mathematics, including the use of a tape measure, calipers and height gauge and calculator
  • Basic mechanical aptitude and knowledge of commonly used tools
  • Ability to work independently on assigned tasks as well as to accept direction on given assignments
  • Exhibits solid time management skills and ability to determine priorities in order to effectively accomplish a broad range of activities
  • Professional appearance

    • Physical Work / Environment Requirements

  • Work is performed in an office environment (constant 67-100%) and requires seldom (0-10%) movement into a warehouse environment.
