Schedule :

  • Full-Time, 6AM - 2PM, Monday - Friday with evenings, overnights and weekends as needed Supportive Team :  Continued support throughout your career!  Quick Hiring :  Apply today and hear back within 48 hours What You'll Do :    Oversee the daily delivery of high-quality, person-centered services in accordance with Minnesota Statute 245D and R&M Welty, Inc. policies.
  • Ensure compliance, staff supervision, documentation accuracy, health and safety oversight, and maintain smooth operations at assigned sites.

    • Serve as the key liaison among the persons served, staff, guardians, case managers, and the administrative team.   What You'll Need :

  • Must be 18 years or older.
  • Ability to lead, train, and motivate a diverse team while upholding person-centered and professional standards.   Proficient in computer / technology, documentation, communication, organization, and time management. 1 year of full-time experience in direct care and 50 hours of relevant training preferred.
  • Must meet Minnesota 245D Designated Coordinator qualifications.
  • We are willing to provide training on 245D regulations.  High school diploma or GED.
