Overview

Title : UX Designer

Location : Plantation, FL (Hybrid 4 / 1)

MUST WORK HYBRID SCHEDULE IN Plantation, FL

Duration : 6 months plus extensions

Compensation : 40 to 50hr.

Work Requirements : US Citizen, GC Holders or Authorized to Work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• UX / UI Designer will partner closely with our software development team and collaborate with stakeholders across PR, Marketing, Product, E-commerce, Customer Support, Operations, and Legal. You'll own end-to-end design for our websites and internally developed applications - from discovery and research to polished visual design, handoff, and post-launch optimization.
• Own product design end-to-end : user research, journey mapping, information architecture, wireframes, prototypes, UI design, and design QA.
• Work closely with Software Development : run design reviews, write clear specs, manage dev handoffs, and support implementation through launch.
• Partner with stakeholders : turn business goals and constraints into intuitive flows and interfaces; facilitate workshops and co-creation sessions.
• Build & evolve our design system : components, patterns, design tokens, accessibility standards, and usage guidelines.
• Accessibility by default : design and validate to WCAG 2.2 AA; lead contrast, keyboard, and screen-reader checks.
• Measure & iterate : define success metrics, set up experiments, analyze UX telemetry, and ship improvements.
