We are a fast-paced pallet repair and manufacturing facility dedicated to quality, efficiency, and safety. Our team plays a vital role in keeping supply chains moving, and we are looking for a bilingual (English / Spanish) supervisor who thrives in a hands-on, production-driven environment.

Position Summary

The Bilingual Supervisor will oversee day-to-day pallet repair and manufacturing operations, ensuring productivity targets, safety standards, and quality expectations are consistently met. This is not just a desk job—you will be actively engaged on the floor, leading by example, and ensuring smooth workflow across all shifts. Your bilingual skills will help bridge communication between English- and Spanish-speaking team members, fostering collaboration and productivity.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise daily production activities in pallet repair, assembly, and quality control.
  • Lead, train, and motivate a diverse team to meet or exceed production goals.
  • Serve as the primary point of communication between English- and Spanish-speaking employees.
  • Monitor workflow, identify bottlenecks, and implement solutions for efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations, company policies, and quality standards.
  • Conduct daily shift meetings to communicate goals, expectations, and updates.
  • Coordinate with maintenance to address equipment issues promptly.
  • Track production metrics, report performance results, and recommend improvements.
  • Assist with hands-on pallet repair and manufacturing tasks when needed.
  • Support employee performance evaluations and address attendance or behavioral issues.

Qualifications

  • Preferred : Bilingual in English and Spanish (fluent verbal and written communication).
  • Sufficient in MS programs
  • Previous leadership or supervisory experience in manufacturing, warehouse, or similar industrial setting.
  • Strong hands-on approach—willing and able to work alongside the team on the floor.
  • Knowledge of pallet repair or wood manufacturing processes preferred.
  • Proven ability to lead a diverse team and maintain a positive work environment.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment.

    • Physical Requirements

  • Ability to stand, walk, and work on your feet for the majority of the shift.
  • Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs as needed.
  • Comfortable working in varying temperatures and warehouse conditions.
