Regional Director – Wisconsin Self-Directed Services

HR Alliance, a leading Financial Management Service (FMS) provider for Self-Determination and Home & Community-Based Services programs across multiple states, is seeking an experienced Program Coordinator for the Wisconsin Self-Directed Services (SDS) program.

The ideal candidate will oversee participant onboarding, credentialing, and coordination between payors, participants, and workers, ensuring full compliance with Wisconsin’s self-directed guidelines and Medicaid standards.

Key Responsibilities :

• Coordinate the onboarding and credentialing of workers, service providers, and participants.
• Manage communication between payors, fiscal agents, and self-directed recipients.
• Verify participant eligibility and ensure proper documentation under DHS and managed care organization requirements.
• Assist participants and families in navigating payroll, timesheet, and service authorization processes.
• Maintain accurate records in compliance with Medicaid and FMS regulations.
• Support internal audits and quality assurance reviews.
• Collaborate with HR, Payroll, and Program Compliance teams to streamline credentialing and payment workflows.
