HR Alliance, a leading Financial Management Service (FMS) provider for Self-Determination and Home & Community-Based Services programs across multiple states, is seeking an experienced Program Coordinator for the Wisconsin Self-Directed Services (SDS) program.
The ideal candidate will oversee participant onboarding, credentialing, and coordination between payors, participants, and workers, ensuring full compliance with Wisconsin’s self-directed guidelines and Medicaid standards.
Key Responsibilities :
- Coordinate the onboarding and credentialing of workers, service providers, and participants.
- Manage communication between payors, fiscal agents, and self-directed recipients.
- Verify participant eligibility and ensure proper documentation under DHS and managed care organization requirements.
- Assist participants and families in navigating payroll, timesheet, and service authorization processes.
- Maintain accurate records in compliance with Medicaid and FMS regulations.
- Support internal audits and quality assurance reviews.
- Collaborate with HR, Payroll, and Program Compliance teams to streamline credentialing and payment workflows.
Qualifications :
Experience Required : Minimum 2 years in Self-Directed, Self-Determination, or Medicaid Waiver programs .Strong understanding of Wisconsin Self-Directed Services (SDS) structure, including IRIS or Family Care.Background in payroll, credentialing, or healthcare administration strongly preferred.Excellent organizational and communication skills.Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities remotely.Proficiency with Microsoft Office and cloud-based workflow systems.Preferred :
Experience with Financial Management Services (FMS) or Agency with Choice (AWC) models.Familiarity with participant-directed program compliance, including background checks, EVV, and service authorizations.Compensation & Benefits :
