Position Overview :

Tap Healthcare is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Heart Failure ICU Nurse Practitioner to join our critical care team in Houston, Texas. This full-time, night shift role is dedicated to providing specialized care for patients with advanced heart failure in a fast-paced ICU environment. At Tap Healthcare, our advanced practice providers are recognized for their expertise, collaboration, and commitment to delivering exceptional outcomes for some of our most complex patients.

Required Qualifications :

AGACNP Adult Geriatric Acute Care Nurse Practitioner.

Current State of Texas license to practice professional nursing.

Certification by one of the following :

American Nurse Credentialing Center (ANCC)

National Certification Center in area of specialty

American Association of Nurse Practitioners (AANP)

American Certification of Critical Care Nurses (AACN) Acute Care Nurse Practitioner Certification

Certified in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS).

Minimum of 2 years of clinical nursing experience (RN or NP) in Cardiology, Cardiac Care, or Cardiovascular Nursing.

Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have) :

Experience working with heart failure populations.

Prior Acute Care Nurse Practitioner experience.

ICU experience as a Cardiovascular or Heart Failure RN.

Work Schedule : Full-time, Night Shift Only
