We are seeking a proactive and enthusiastic individual to join our team as an Entry-Level Event Assistant. This full-time position offers a valuable opportunity to gain hands-on experience in event coordination, public engagement, and promotional marketing while supporting meaningful community initiatives.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of community events, pop-up activations, and promotional campaigns.
  • Act as an engaging brand ambassador during live events, fostering positive interactions with attendees.
  • Establish relationships with event participants to ensure an exceptional experience.
  • Collaborate with vendors, community partners, and local businesses to facilitate smooth event logistics.
  • Support event setup and breakdown, including the distribution of promotional materials.

Qualifications :

  • A bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, PR, or a related field is preferred, though not required.
  • Prior internship, volunteer experience, or involvement in event-related activities is advantageous.
  • Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Outgoing and confident, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse groups.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management capabilities.
