Location : El Segundo, CA

Our mission at Skyryse is to usher in a new era in flight, where fatalities are nearly zero, piloting any aircraft is simple and safe, and the sky is accessible to all. SkyOS, our industry‑first universal operating system for flight, provides any airplane or helicopter with a fly‑by‑wire flight management solution that significantly reduces the complexity of flying. Skyryse One, our first production aircraft powered by SkyOS, was unveiled in 2024 and features the simplest, safest, and most intuitive flight controls in general aviation.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales strategies for helicopter sales and deliveries, to both operators and individual owners, to achieve revenue targets.
• Manage and grow relationships with industry partners, commercial operators, fleet and private owners.
• Lead a sales team, including setting goals, monitoring performance, and providing coaching and mentoring.
• Identify new business opportunities in domestic and international markets, including fleet sales, long‑term contracts, and private owners.
• Collaborate with marketing, engineering, and program management to support proposals, RFPs, and customer presentations.
• Maintain knowledge of industry trends, competitor offerings, and regulatory developments to inform strategy.
• Develop and track sales forecasts, pipelines, and KPIs to provide leadership with actionable insights.
• Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences to promote brand and products.
• Lead demonstrations, both aircraft and simulator, for investors or potential clients.
