Job Code : 86140BR. Department : School of Dentistry, Dean's Office. Work involves leading the UCSF Dental Practice clinic as Clinic Director, a high-volume, multi-specialty dental clinic focused on technology, integrated care, and an exceptional patient experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead the day-to-day operations of the UCSF Dental Practice, ensuring alignment with UCSF Health standards.
• Drive operational excellence, including financial performance and sustainability, quality assurance and risk management, standard operating procedures, and patient safety and incident reporting.
• Facilitate clinical and consultative conferences to support integrated, collaborative care.
• Oversee a multidisciplinary dental team including professional and ancillary staff.
• Provide direct patient care as a Prosthodontist with a focus on complex restorative and prosthodontic treatments.
• Diagnose and treat oral diseases and functional conditions requiring prosthodontic intervention; consult and collaborate with other dental and medical providers to deliver interdisciplinary care; participate in advancing digital dentistry and technology-enhanced treatment modalities.
