The Technical Project Coordinator is responsible for streamlining communication, coordinating workflows, and providing oversight for all Global App and software-related initiatives within the Product Development department.

Essential Functions

• Serve as the primary liaison between the Product Development Team and Global cross-functional teams for all app and software programs
• Identify consumer friendly solutions to operate products and navigate apps and translate them into development actions
• Collaborate with the overseas counterpart to develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and milestones
• Manage project documentation, including requirements, meeting notes, and status updates
• Proactively identify risks and issues, propose mitigation strategies, and escalate concerns as needed
• Coordinate testing schedules and ensure QA feedback is incorporated into development cycles
• Track bugs and drive timely resolution
• Support the creation of mockups for new features and UI enhancements
• Prepare presentations and updates for internal stakeholders
• Translate technical concepts into business-friendly language when appropriate
• Contribute to monetization strategies for the Bestway APP, including in-app purchases, subscriptions, and storefronts integrated with Global e-commerce platforms
