A large hospital in Wisconsin one hour to Chicago is seeking valued independent full-time Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists (CRNAs) to join the Anesthesia team. The salary offered is 330K annually with a $40K sign on bonus . Full comprehensive hospital benefits

• 1099 Independent contractor status.
• CRNAs will practice at the top of their license and have the opportunity to practice independently.
• New grads and experienced CRNAs welcome.
• ACLS and PALS required.
• Providers may support affiliated ambulatory locations.

The hospital system is a level III trauma center with a stroke center. Annual surgical volume of 7200 with 17 operating rooms 1 ASC and 1 OP GI Center. Case mix includes General surgery Gyn ENT Urology Plastics Ortho IR EP Cardiac GI endoscopies and Ophthalmology.
