Job Description :
We are seeking a friendly, organized, and reliable Front Desk Receptionist to join our team! As the first point of contact for our patients, you will play a key role in creating a positive experience from the moment they walk through the door or call our office.
Responsibilities :
- Greet and check patients in and out in a courteous and professional manner
- Answer incoming phone calls and respond to inquiries or route calls appropriately
- Schedule, confirm, and reschedule appointments using our scheduling software
- Verify and update patient information in the system
- Collect co-pays and handle basic billing or insurance questions
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk and waiting area
- Communicate with clinical staff to ensure smooth patient flow
- Handle administrative tasks as needed (e.g., filing, scanning, email)
Qualifications :
High school diploma or equivalent requiredPrevious front desk, receptionist, or customer service experience preferred (medical or dental office a plus)Strong communication and interpersonal skillsExcellent time management and organizational abilitiesComfortable working with scheduling and patient management softwarePositive attitude and team-oriented mindset
