Set in a tranquil setting in a historic suburb of Toledo, Ohio, our eating disorder treatment center was designed to provide a safe alternative treatment process to hospital or hospital-based programs. Our eating disorder treatment center’s mission is to provide specialized treatment programs for children, teens, and adults struggling with eating disorders. We treat anorexia, bulimia, binge eating disorder, compulsive exercise disorder, and purging disorder. We follow a well-established therapy model that integrates individual, group, and family therapy to ensure long-term eating disorder recovery.

The Therapist will be responsible for individual and group therapy for an assigned caseload.
Essential Responsibilities
Responsible for the overall clinical management of assigned clients.Assists in identification of treatment / contract goals, completing the initial psycho-social assessment.One weekend a month rotation for on callResponsible for maintaining contact with the assigned client’s referring / outpatient therapist during the course of the client’s stay and the family when / if appropriate.Completes and updates treatment plan for assigned clients.Provides comprehensive understanding of current behaviors and relational dynamics while using a variety of therapeutic modalities.Attends the weekly team meetings and share observations, comments and important information about clients with the treatment team and provides input into the development of the weekly schedules for all of his / her assigned clients.Responsible for proper charting and ensuring that all documentation is completed in an accurate and timely manner.Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications related to the mission and population.Functions in the Partial Hospitalization (PHP), Adult and Adolescent Residential (ARP) Programs providing individual and group therapy.Participates in the on-call schedule.Additional Responsibilities
Functions within the guidelines of the facility’s Code of Ethics and in accordance with corporate compliance.Assists in promoting and ensuring that the mission, goals and objectives of Toledo Center are understood and actively supported by the employees.Provides a high level of customer service to both internal and external stakeholders.Accomplishes organization mission by completing other duties as assigned.What We're Seeking
Education and Experience
Minimum Qualifications : Master's degree, licensed or working toward license in the state of OH and 2+ years of experience.Other Requirements
