ESOP Implementation & Services Manager

Do you have professional experience with employee stock ownership plans (ESOPs)? Do you thrive in consultative roles, managing a broad range of clients? Are you interested in working alongside some of the US’s top employee-owned companies?

Our nationally recognized investment banking practice is seeking an Implementation & Services Manager to serve as a primary point of contact for our clients, post-ESOP formation. This liaison will maintain frequent contact with employee-owned companies nationwide as they launch and grow their employee stock ownership plans. Ideal candidates must understand basic elements of ESOP compliance, anticipate potential opportunities, triage issues, and properly align internal and external resources with a client’s needs.

Key Responsibilities :

• Serve as the primary contact for clients upon completion of their ESOP transactions.
• Track their implementation and plan management processes, providing basic best practices and connecting them with internal and external resources as necessary.
• Anticipate and resolve issues efficiently.
• Conduct regular check-ins to assess client satisfaction and identify opportunities for further support.
