Job Description

The Video Delivery Manager will drive operations to achieve revenue cost cash and customer delivery targets

Act as a point of contact to sales finance product and engineering teams for order shipping details and priorities

Improve KPIs including order cycle time on time delivery and delinquent backlog

Collaborate with planning order management purchasing manufacturing and quality teams to reduce customer order lead times

Support work order planning and partner with distribution center teams to ensure smooth operations

Manage third party distribution priorities in partnership with procurement and logistics

Identify and manage continuous improvement projects to reduce cost and lead times

Actively support sales and operations planning

Anticipate evolving business conditions and ensure operational readiness

Target Base Salary Range : $80000 - $110000

Consistent with Motorola Solutions values and applicable law we provide the following information to promote pay transparency and equity. Pay within this range varies and depends on job-related knowledge skills and experience. The actual offer will be based on the individual candidate.

Basic Requirements

• BS / BA degree
• Minimum 2 years of experience in supply chain management business or sales operations
