Provide end-to-end project support including requirements gathering, testing coordination (UAT & Production), development analysis, and stakeholder communication.
Create and manage test plans, test scripts, and data staging for pipeline and production testing; weekend availability required during release cycles.
Ensure defect tracking and resolution across the project lifecycle, working closely with production support and technology teams.
Support senior product owners on large-scale initiatives and contribute to planning, organization, and execution of project milestones.
Use analytical skills to research and resolve business problems through structured testing and reporting.
Build strong cross-functional relationships with business, tech, operations, and control teams to ensure collaboration at all project stages.
Deliver clear communication and reporting , including written updates and live presentations (e.g., demos, status meetings).
Proficient in Jira (creating Epics / Stories), Microsoft Excel / Office ; Agile / Safe experience and COBE / client onboarding knowledge are a plus.
