The Role

As Video & Media Producer, you’ll lead the creation of video content from concept to post-production. You’ll work closely with marketing and creative to produce high-quality visuals for product launches, educational content, social media, campaigns, and more.

What You’ll Do

Own the Video Process – Plan, shoot, and edit high-quality video content for a variety of platforms and purposes

Creative Concepting – Collaborate with the team to develop engaging storylines, campaign ideas, and educational content

Support Photo Production – Assist with and / or lead photography shoots as needed (e.g. flat lays, product, lifestyle)

Social-First Content – Produce short-form videos optimized for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and more

Manage Equipment & Workflow – Maintain gear, organize assets, and manage an efficient post-production workflow

What You’ll Bring

• 3+ years of experience in video production, editing, and content creation
• Skilled in Adobe Premiere, After Effects, and other editing software
• Strong eye for composition, lighting, and storytelling
• Ability to self-direct, manage timelines, and handle multiple projects
• Passion for wellness, natural beauty, and intentional design
