• Federally Qualified Health Center is seeking an Internist or Family Practitioner to join their team
• Guaranteed base salary offered – to be discussed with employer directly
• Health Center has three Primary Care sites and is in the process of opening a fourth. Practice primarily out of one site and providing coverage at the other clinic sites, as needed
• Option to work four 10-hour days per week or five 8-hour days per week
• Provide Primary Care and Pain Management services, as well as supervise one or more APRN
• Full benefits package offered including medical, dental, vision, and life insurance, retirement, CME time and allowance, PTO, malpractice through the FTCA, and more!
• Loan repayment – NHSC approved site
• Clinic sites are between 25-50 minutes from Tulsa
• Domestic airport offered in Tulsa with direct flights to 18 major US cities
