A company is looking for a Human Resources Business Partner III.
Key Responsibilities
Provide strategic HR services, including staffing, policy development, and performance management
Analyze trends and make recommendations to improve employee engagement and departmental effectiveness
Act as a liaison between leadership, employees, and other HR areas to enhance collaboration and resolve issues
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in human resources, leadership, or a related field; Master's degree preferred
5-7 years of HR Generalist experience, with 3-5 years in complex employee relations
Leadership experience strongly preferred
Experience with HR support of clinical teams or MCO experience is highly preferred
Residency near Massachusetts is preferred
