Coaches are paid based on 50-90 minute class size.

The minimum class rate is $20

Position Overview

We are looking for coaches who can make our members feel seen and that theyre an integral part of the hour you spend together. Coaches whose positive energy stays with a member long after theyve left the studio and they find themselves counting the hours till their next workout.

As a Fitness Coach you can expect to perform the following duties :

• Leading and motivating members through pre-defined workouts
• Helping members set and achieve S.M.A.R.T goals
• Offering form corrections and exercise options safety if our priority!
• Understanding the science behind our workouts specifically heart-rate focused training and educating our members on its benefits
• Knowledge of every piece of equipment and able to demonstrate usage in every workout.
• Positive attitude and being a team player

Additionally youll need to meet these requirements :

• AED / CPR certified
• Hold and maintain a current fitness certification from an education company approved by Orangetheory Fitness

Orangetheory is a science-based full-body workout that uses technology to measure performance so members can prove they are a 60-minute class led by a highly trained and certified coach members target at least twelve minutes in the Orange Zone to raise their heart rate and charge up metabolism. The result is an increase in calorie burn post-workout backed by the science of excess post-exercise oxygen consumption (EPOC). After twelve minutes of hard work in the Orange Zone your body burns additional calories as you recover over the next 24 hours.
