Job Title
Maintain department training and procedure manuals (excluding job-specific training). Coordinate responses to guest inquiries and interdepartmental requests. Investigate patron database accounts and update records for restricted patrons. Prepare and manage purchase and capital requisitions. Provide administrative and project support to Database Marketing, Advertising, and Design teams. Assist with direct mail and digital marketing tasks, including automated emails, batch redemptions, and offer setups. Proof all marketing materials (direct mail, emails, ads, artwork) for accuracy and brand consistency. Track and update project timelines in the Production Schedule; communicate status to manager. Collaborate with internal departments and external vendors (PR, advertising agency, print, and others) to ensure smooth project execution and alignment with brand standards. Recommend process improvements to enhance accuracy, speed, and accountability. Maintain confidentiality of sensitive data and adhere to company policies. Deliver exceptional guest service and support company service standards. Acts as a role model to other employees. Always presents self as a credit to Harrah's and encourages others to do the same. Responsible for other general and administrative tasks, as assigned by Direct Mail and Advertising Manager.
Qualifications
Associate's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience). 12 years of experience in marketing coordination or administrative support. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with project management tools preferred. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines. Familiarity with marketing processes and creative workflows.
