Work with your co-teacher to implement the lesson plans from the research-informed Balanced Learning curriculum. Maintain a well-kept classroom that encourages children to create, explore and make decisions with confidence. Discover what works best for each child as you teach them about the world around them. A love for children and a strong desire to make a difference Prior early childhood education or childcare experience preferred Ability to meet state licensing requirements and background checks Reliable, team-oriented, and committed to excellence Full-time availability (30 - 40 hours a week) Ability to professionally communication with parents and team members Ensure the health, safety, and well-being of every child in your care
