Overview
We're hiring a compassionate, self-motivated Physical Therapist to join a top-tier home health team serving patients across Lansing, Michigan. In this role, you'll deliver patient-centered care in the comfort of patients' homes, supported by dedicated technology, flexible scheduling, and career development resources.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide skilled physical therapy treatment to home health patients
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to implement patient care plans
- Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation in the EMR system
- Communicate with patients, families, and other healthcare providers
- Utilize company-provided tablet and smartphone to complete documentation efficiently
Required Qualifications
1+ years of healthcare experience
Electronic Medical Records (EMR)
