Job Description : Responsibilities :

  • Develop, test, and debug code to support a records and information management (RIM) system.
  • Provide ongoing application, infrastructure, and technical support to ensure business continuity.
  • Support records and information management activities such as equipment operation, scanning, document review, and classification.
  • Coordinate with internal IT staff and contractors to implement technical requirements.
  • Migrate documents and records from legacy content management systems to new electronic document management solutions.

Requirement / Must Have :

  • 3+ years of experience working with enterprise-level RIM systems, including system design, implementation, and management.
  • 3+ years of experience with DB2.
  • 3+ years of experience with .NET development.

    • Should Have :

  • Experience with IBM Content Navigator and IBM Content Manager (preferred).
  • Experience supporting and developing in Kofax version 11+ (preferred).
  • Experience analyzing data to enhance records management systems (preferred).
  • Ability to maintain infrastructure and provide application support for RIM environments (preferred).
  • Experience managing RIM operations such as scanning, classification, and document handling (preferred).
  • Experience planning and testing system upgrades and patches (preferred).
  • Experience supporting public safety content and document management solutions (preferred).

    • Qualification And Education :

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
