Production Supervisor
Responsible for the overall safety, quality and efficient operation of the processes within their area of responsibility. Has a working knowledge of all of the equipment within their assigned area with the ability to train others on that equipment. Acts as a leader in their area to help develop operator's job knowledge and uses continuous improvement to reach established objectives.

Education and / or Experience :
High school diploma or general education degree (GED). One year or more automotive manufacturing experience. Prior leadership and / or technical experience would benefit this individual. Must be able to perform and understand all job functions of a production operator.
Language Skills :
The ability to read and comprehend written work instructions. The ability to write effective correspondence. The ability to write work instructions and set up procedures. The ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations. The ability to lead corrective action or continuous improvement teams. Effectively represent the company professionally to customers, suppliers and other associates within the organization.
Mathematical Skills :
Ability to apply concepts such as addition, subtraction, fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations.
Reasoning Ability :
The ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. The ability to work without close supervision.
