  • Call : Shared phone-only call coverage
  • Admin Time : Scheduled within clinic hours
  • EMR : Athena

Compensation & Incentives :

  • $100K retention bonus
  • $10K sign-on bonus
  • Up to $2,500 quarterly bonus
  • Productivity bonus : $100 per patient over 14 per day (up to $96K annually)
