Interim HealthCare is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team for a patient in Londonderry, New Hampshire. The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) will provide one-on-one care to a male cerebral palsy patient in their home, assisting with daily activities and providing professional medical care with g-tube, trach care, kyphosis, and seizure precautions.

Pay Rate : Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) $29.00 / HR

Hours : 10 hour shifts, 7am-5pm

Responsibilities :

• Provide skilled nursing care to the patient, including medication administration, general care, and patient monitoring.
• Communicate with the patient's healthcare team, including the physician, nurse practitioner, and case manager as needed.
• Provide emotional support and comfort to the patient.
