Our client is seeking a skilled Email Marketing Manager with 3-5 years of B2B SaaS or fintech experience to lead campaign and newsletter programs for prospects and customers. This contract role offers full-time hours and direct exposure to marketing operations, product marketing, and analytics teams.

Responsibilities :
- Segment lists and ensure accurate targeting.
- Maintain compliance with CAN-SPAM and GDPR regulations.
- Contribute to lifecycle and nurture flows when capacity allows.
- Build, QA, and deploy email campaigns and newsletters end-to-end.
- Manage the email calendar and coordinate cross-functional timelines.
- Partner with design and analytics teams to deliver high-quality sends.
- Track performance metrics and conduct A / B testing to optimize engagement.
Qualifications :
3-5 years of hands-on email marketing experience in B2B SaaS or fintech.Strong HTML / CSS skills for email template editing and troubleshooting.Excellent project management skills : experience with Asana preferred.Analytical mindset with ability to report on open, click, and conversion metrics.Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.Proficiency with Marketo (required), plus exposure to Customer.io, Braze, or similar platforms.Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field preferred, but not required. Equivalent professional experience will be considered (all education levels welcome)Preferred Skills :
Experience designing or collaborating on templates in Figma.Exposure to lifecycles, onboarding, or nurture program development.Knowledge of deliverability, accessibility, and email design best practices.
