Part-time night position available for Friday and Saturday nights from 11 : 00 PM to 7 : 30 AM.

Minimum of 1 year of phlebotomy experience required.

Flu vaccine is required, with medical or religious exemptions accepted only.

Permanent license must be submitted with application; temporary licenses are not accepted.

RTO is limited during the holiday.

Holiday rotation requires working every other weekend.
