Apple Valley Village Health Care Center, a Cassia community, is hiring a Receptionist to join our team in Apple Valley, MN. As a Receptionist at Apple Valley Village Health Care Center, you will greet visitors, answer and route phone calls, help with administrative tasks, and provide exceptional customer service to guests. Our ideal candidate is passionate about working with seniors, has the ability to multi-task and assist with administrative support, and is friendly and professional in all situations.

Position Type : Part-Time working a varied schedule including weekends and holidays

Shifts Available :

Days 10 : 00 AM - 4 : 00 PM 1-2 weekends per month

Evenings 3 : 30 PM - 7 : 30 PM 2-3 days per week

Wage Range : $17.00 - $22.85 / hour depending on experience

Location : 14650 Garrett Ave, Apple Valley, MN 55124

Receptionist Job Responsibilities :

• Manage phone communications coming into the facility
• Greet visitors and guests professionally and warmly and direct to appropriate destination
• Review, organize, post and audit resident trust account withdrawals in the billing system
• Sort and distribute Saturday mail
• Complete clerical tasks relating to new admissions, discharges and room transfers
• Process weekly A / P invoices
• Prepare Check Deposit Logs
• Prepare / submit weekly office supply order
• Perform various keyboarding assignments and miscellaneous clerical duties for all departments as needed
• Other duties as assigned by the Business Office Director
