About the Role

Join our growing State Farm agency in Austin as an Account Manager! In this role, you’ll be the go-to person for helping customers with their insurance needs, building lasting relationships, and supporting our team’s success. If you enjoy working with people, solving problems, and growing your career in a fast-paced environment, this is the job for you.

What You’ll Do

  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships that lead to retention and growth
  • Review policies with customers and make helpful coverage recommendations
  • Help resolve customer questions and issues with professionalism and care
  • Proactively reach out to both new and existing customers (leads provided!)
  • Use your product knowledge to explain, recommend, and sell insurance options

    • What We’re Looking For

  • Experience in insurance sales, customer service, or account management is a plus
  • Strong people skills — friendly, dependable, and a good communicator
  • Self-motivated with a track record of meeting goals
  • Willingness to engage in sales conversations and build new relationships
