JOB DESCRIPTION

We're seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist!!

PrideStaff Financial is seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist for a growing West Palm Beach company. Three-way match experience is needed !!

Process 3-way match
Work with purchase orders
Resolve discrepancies
Vendor relationships
AP data entry
Scan and match invoices
Reconciliation
Maintain Department's filing system
Assist with projects as needed

Requirements for Accounts Payable :

2+ years of Accounts Payable experience

AA degree preferred

Proficient in MS Excel and accounting software a plus

Analytical and methodical thinker

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Strong attention to detail
