Job Description

The Structural Engineer will support a growing engineering firm by producing structural designs, reports, and drawings for a variety of projects. This role requires a strong discipline, excellent time management, and a commitment to quality and impact.

Responsibilities

• Produce structural designs, reports, and drawings for a variety of projects.
• Resolve design issues and manage multiple projects across jurisdictions.
• Perform site inspections to ensure compliance with design specifications.
• Coordinate with clients and internal teams to ensure project success.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position (40+ hours per week) based in Royal Palm Beach, FL. The work environment is primarily office-based with occasional field visits. The team operates in a collaborative setting, reporting to the Director of Operations and Quality Assurance. The firm offers mentorship for Engineers-in-Training, career development toward PE licensure, and values impact, ownership, and collaboration.

Job Type & Location

This is a Permanent position based out of West Palm Beach, Florida.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $65000.00 - $100000.00 / yr.
