DESCRIPTION :

We are looking for a Regional Studio Director that wants to build a career in fitness! Our Regional Studio Directors oversee our Studio Fitness Instructors who teach a variety of studio classes. They make classes at O2 Fitness an enjoyable, effective, and unique experience for people at all stages of their fitness journeys.

Regional Studio Director Position Responsibilities

Ensuring the continued quality of class programming

Creating monthly studio class schedules for your specific market

Collaborating with other company leadership to continue to improve and evolve our Studio Fitness department

Holding Studio Fitness Instructors accountable for their attendance, attire, and attitude

Building value and retaining class participation by building an effective and safe teaching style

Hosting and participating in events - enhancing the overall O2 experience while highlighting all of the things our Studio Fitness team has to offer

Qualifications

Education / Experience :

LesMills Group Fitness Certification or

General Group Fitness Certification for Freestyle Classes including AFAA, ACE, IFTA, Fitour

Current CPR / AED, and First Aid certifications are preferred but not required

Compensation :

$18+ per hour average
