We are looking for someone with mortgage servicing (back‐end operations) experience, specifically individuals with a background in default management — loss mitigation, foreclosure, and bankruptcy areas.
As a subject matter expert in loss mitigation techniques and regulations, the Specialist will make informed decisions within the waterfall of loss mitigation options, ensure loan quality, and coordinate with both internal and external partners for timely resolution. Compliance with agency, investor, and guarantor guidelines is essential.
