Quality Inspector

Xylem is seeking a Quality Inspector responsible for performing inspections on incoming materials, parts, and assemblies to ensure compliance with engineering drawings, specifications, and quality standards. This role plays a key part in maintaining product integrity and supporting continuous improvement within our manufacturing operations.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Inspect incoming materials and finished assemblies for compliance with standards, drawings, and purchase order requirements.
• Document inspection results through receiving and final inspection reports.
• Generate Product Inspection Reports (PIRs) for all non-conforming materials.
• Collaborate with Quality Engineering to identify root causes and assist in implementing corrective actions.
• Perform additional quality-related tasks as assigned.
• Availability to work Monday through Saturday as needed.
