Halcyon Manufacturing is a modern contract manufacturing company of machined parts and components. We are looking for an experienced Quality Control Inspector to join our team. As a new company this role will have great potential to learn higher skill level for growth within the company. We are looking for a self-motivated individual with an aptitude to improve with a can-do attitude and perform in a fast-paced prototyping environment. We deliver beautifully produced parts to a wide range of sectors including Semi-Conductor, Medical, Aerospace, and Home Defense. Our facility is filled with only the highest quality equipment and maintained to an immaculate clean / safe environment for all of our team members. Prior knowledge and experience in the manufacturing industry is required.

Job Duties (But not limited to) :
Inspect machined parts for conformity during IPC (Buyoffs) and Final InspectionMaintain the Quality Procedures, Training, and Quality DatabaseParts inspection using various hand tools and equipment.Prepare maintain and dispositions of NCR, RMA, CAR recordsVerify parts to blueprint specificationsProcess data's via company’s ERP and QMSCMM ProgrammingJob Requirements :
Must be able to retain and convey complex information relating to jobAttention to details, Analytical Skills, Team Work, and Communication SkillsMust be able to read blue print and understand GD&T.Must be able to use hand tools such as calipers, micrometers, thread plug gages, etc…Must possess a valid driver's license and have reliable transportationMust be US citizen or hold Green CardCMM Programming (Zeiss Calypso)Desired Experience
Experience in CNC Prototype / Production Manufacturing environmentExperience with ISO9001 and AS9100 requirementCompany Values

Job Type : Full-time
Pay : $25-40 / hr (Depending on Experience)
Expected hours : No less than 40 per week
