Strong leadership and interpersonal skills. Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets. Comfortable engaging in sales conversations. Required License : Personal Lines or Property & Casualty (P&C), or willingness to obtain licensing.

ROLE DESCRIPTION :
Nate Nguon Insurance and Financial Services Agency is looking for a motivated and customer-focused Account Manager to play a key role in our daily operations and client success. In this position, you will build and maintain strong customer relationships while serving as a liaison between clients and agency departments. By proactively marketing relevant insurance products and services, you will contribute to the growth of our agency and improve the lives of our customers.
