Executive Home Care, a rapidly growing home care agency in Cape Coral is seeking a reliable and caring Home Health Aide or CNA to join our team. This position offers an opportunity to work with a supportive and dynamic team, assisting clients in their homes with daily activities and ensuring they have the best quality of life while under your care.

    • Responsibilities :

  • Personal Care and Hygiene
  • Medication Reminders
  • Meal preparation
  • Assisting with mobility and transfers
  • Light housekeeping and laundry assistance
  • Other duties as detailed in the care plan
  • Shifts on minimum one weekend per month are required

    • Qualifications :

  • Previous experience as a CNA, or home health aide
  • Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting and assisting with mobility.
  • Ability to read, speak and communicate in English
  • Compassionate, patient, and reliable.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Must pass a background check and drug screening
  • Must Have CPR / AED / First Aid Certification
