Our client a prominent AmLaw 100 international law firm is seeking a talented mid-level Associate Attorney to join its dynamic and growing Labor & Employment Practice Group in Palo Alto . This is an excellent opportunity to handle a mix of sophisticated employment litigation and counseling matters within a collegial fast-paced and nationally recognized practice.

Candidate Profile

• JD from a top-tier law school with an excellent academic record
• Active Bar Admission in California in good standing
• 4 years of substantive experience in employment law
• Experience litigating employment disputes with a strong interest in arbitration and trial work
• Exposure to transactional employment work including drafting policies agreements EEOC position statements and DFEH responses
• Skilled in conducting depositions witness interviews and discovery
• Background in counseling employers on federal and state employment law compliance preferred
• Experience assisting clients with workplace training programs and policy development is a plus
• Superior legal research writing and analytical skills with strong attention to detail
• Team-oriented mindset with a client-focused approach
