Responsibilities :
- Licensing Coordination : Review and submit licensing applications for financial representatives. Process renewals and terminations for financial representatives.
- Communication & Support : Respond to licensing inquiries via phone, email, and other channels. Collaborate with onboarding and financing teams to ensure smooth transitions.
- Documentation & Compliance : Maintain up-to-date procedure manuals and electronic records. Track and process licensing-related payments and documentation.
- Reporting & Administration : Prepare reports and correspondence for department leadership.
What we need :
High School Diploma required.1+ year of experience in licensing, compliance, or administrative support.Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.Excellent written and verbal communication.Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.What we offer :
Pay : The hourly pay for this position is $19.00.
