Business Analyst

A company is looking for a Business Analyst to join a large healthcare organization in a fully remote contract opportunity. Key Responsibilities Gather, document, and manage requirements across multiple concurrent projects Support Salesforce Marketing Cloud integration efforts and collaborate with data teams on enterprise data warehouse solutions Write user stories, acceptance criteria, and track project action items and updates Required Qualifications 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a related IT or marketing technology role Prior experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) is strongly preferred Strong understanding of data warehousing concepts and ETL processes Familiarity with APIs and system interactions Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field
