About the Role

Do you love working with your hands, solving problems on the go, and hitting the open road? Velociti is looking for driven, adaptable Heavy Equipment Technicians  to join our growing team and help power the future of logistics and fleet technology across the country. As a Heavy Equipment Technician , you’ll be the go-to expert for installing, troubleshooting, and maintaining advanced 12-volt electronic and IoT systems on heavy-duty vehicles and equipment. You’ll travel across the country, supporting leading companies and making sure their equipment performs at its best—all while representing Velociti’s commitment to quality, safety, and innovation. What You’ll Do

• Travel nationwide to install, troubleshoot, and repair advanced electronic and IoT technology systems on heavy equipment.
• Perform inspections and preventative maintenance on installed systems to ensure optimal functionality and compliance with quality standards.
• Utilize diagnostic computers and software for troubleshooting and configuration.
• Perform all work in accordance with standard operating procedures, engineering specifications, and safety protocols.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of services performed using mobile computing devices and Microsoft Office tools.
• Communicate clearly with customers, team members, and project leaders to ensure clarity of expectations and resolution of issues.
• Independently manage service schedules and travel itineraries in coordination with dispatch or operations teams.
