This position is based on-site at our Brownsville, TX location.

Your Responsibilities

As a Banking Customer Service Representative, you will play a vital role in addressing customer inquiries and providing effective solutions.

  • Engage with customers through phone, email, chat, and social media to resolve their questions or concerns.
  • Remain calm and work to de-escalate any issues.
  • Escalate interactions when necessary and as appropriate.
  • Respond to requests for assistance and process payments when needed.
  • Document all call-related information for auditing and reporting purposes.
  • Provide feedback on call-related issues.
  • Upsell products or services when required.
  • We're looking for fearless individuals who are committed to excellence in all aspects of their work.

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • IT / Network certifications or degrees are preferred.
  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • Demonstrated experience in a call center environment.
  • Typing speed of at least 25 WPM.
  • Proficient in operating and navigating PCs.
  • Basic knowledge of network troubleshooting, including :
  • Setting up a home Wi-Fi network.
  • Configuring a router or switch.
  • Core proficiency with laptops and desktop computers.
  • Able to work independently.
  • Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
  • Capability to excel in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment.
  • Ability to remain composed and objective.
  • Strong active listening skills.
