ASST. SHIFT SUPERVISOR

TITLE : Asst. Shift Supervisor

POSITION OBJECTIVE : To assist operators in set - ups and change over and operation of the Converting paper lines. Read and understand Production orders and forms. Assist in monitoring quality responsible for good housekeeping. Available for overtime. Duties assigned by dept. Assistant Manager / Plant Manager.

QUALIFICATIONS :

• High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred and one year or more of college is preferred.
• Minimum four or more years of experience in manufacture industry.
• Mechanical aptitude.
• Must have strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Capable of effectively managing job-related stress and fostering productive workplace interactions.
• Ensure consistent, dependable attendance and demonstrate a willingness to accommodate non-standard work hours as necessary.
